Unfortunately in today’s world, there are many borrowers who go past due on their financial obligations. We at Elite Investigation Ireland can assist your company by visiting the borrower at their home. We will arrange a convenient payment plan and we try to update all contact information and place of employment for the debtor.We will deliver a demand letter to the debtor in hand in a sealed envelope marked “personal and confidential".
Nobody home at debtors home...! we will contact a neighbor or two, to verify that debtor still resides at supplied address and to obtain contact information and times when debtor is most likely home, we will endevour to trace, interview and report on bad debtors.
Our agents are completely knowledgeable in the legislation pertaining to Debt Collection and only run calls Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. We try to catch a debtor at the best times; naturally, you can’t expect that a debtor will be home during the weekdays, so we also try to run calls in the evening from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
